Word is tiny

Suddenly many (not all) of my WORD documents are opening zoomed way, way out (too tiny to read). I can go to view, zoom, set a percent and read them. But, no matter what I do (including making changes and saving), they revert back to the tiny size. All new docs do the same thing. I have googled solutions, but none work. Below is a screen shot. This is very annoying. I need a solution.
