iPhone Clock App-Alarm with date setting availability

All I want is to use the alarm part of my iPhone Clock App and be able to set by date as well as day of the week. Options like...I want to have a monthly alarm without having to turn it off during the weeks in between the monthly event. Also, be able to set an alarm for the "2nd and 4th Mondays @ 4:50 PM".

I also need it, like the Clock App, for the alarm sound to work with the ringer switch OFF. I want it to work JUST LIKE the current app but with date availability. I have downloaded several apps and cannot find one that does this.

So...

What is the chance that it is in the works by Apple?
Is anyone aware of an 3rd-party app that does this?

I used to use an app called CalAlarm that would allow me to set alarms for calendar events. Alarmed ~ Reminders + Timers is also a very good app.

However, non third party app is going to be able to override the mute switch or DND.

Thank you...so what you are saying is that I have to wait for Apple to add date settings to their current app.

I always have my phone on silent as I can feel if vibrate or my iWatch vibrates. Don't want to manually turn ringer on and off for meetings/public events, etc. That is what I like about the Clock Alarm...it still works in ringer off mode.
