I recently bought a new canon ip8760 printer to replace one that broke, exactly the same model.Now when I try to print from preview, the options have changed.There is no quality and media option just printer settings and no matter what I adjust, the print quality is terrible.Its not the printer as it works if I use the canon print software just not preview.Can anyone help?

If you did not install the Mojave compatible, November 2018 Mac driver set, and Reset your Print System, you may be using outdated drivers, even though you just purchased the printer.
Once you have done this, see if the missing printer features have returned.

I think I would call Canon Support and tell them about your issue. I have called them in the past and they were very helpful.

I had contacted Canon and they they also told me to download the same driver, which i did with no luck but they didn't tell me about resetting the print system.I had no idea how to do that until your answers soon as i did it,I got my options back and am printing up a storm so thank you again! Ive been struggling with this issue for a couple of months now and its been driving me crazy!
