My iphone is stuck in the restore mode

I couldn't update my iphone to ios 12.2 after doing everything and searched everything on google, youtube ect. then i ended up putting it into restore mode to update it but then it ended up getting stuck in the restore mode and can't get out of it i kept getting error 4000 and 4005. Now even though i try to restore it it doesn't load and stays in the apple logo and even though i try to shut it down it goes back to the restore mode screen

please help
