Cannot partition disk with BOOT CAMP due to Overallocation error

I had a longstanding Windows 7 Bootcamp partition that was running to some issues so I decided to delete it in Bootcamp and make a new Windows 10 partition. I remember when I deleted the old partition some error popped up that I accidentally clicked through. When I checked Disk Utility, the old Bootcamp partition wasn't there. I tried several times and failed at creating a new partition via bootcamp. On these forums, I found lots of things to try, all of which have failed to work:

  • Cannot create a small FAT partition using disk utility (overallocation)
  • Did a Time Machine restore from a few days ago, but the problem persists
  • Tried this Terminal Command: sudo fsck_apfs -n -l /dev/rdisk1
  • Ran First Aid in Disk Utility

This is the result of the diskutil list command:

I am also running the latest version of Mojave. Here are my Disk Utility screenshots:

I appreciate any help you can give!

Notice the overallocation error.

Start up your Mac in single-user mode or verbose mode - Apple Support and run

fsck_apfs -s -o -y /dev/rdisk1

If you get any errors, see the footnote under step 6. If you have an 'older' Mac as noted in the link, you will need to use Command+S to get into Single User Mode. In either case, you should a black Console terminal. You will have to post a photo of the output.
