Cannot access my apple id

When I try to access my Apple ID it is in light grey and won’t let me open it

iPhone 8, iOS 12

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.
