Since upgrading to Mojave 10.14.4, the screen of my My MacBook pro (15 inch 2017) intermittently, (about once in every 10 seconds or so, unless I am not using it), flashes dark then bright. I am developing a twitch!!! Anyone else having this problem, and anyone have a solution?

Boot into Safe Mode and check to see if the flashing persists. Then reboot normally.
NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 10 minutes as it's doing some system cache cleaning, volume verifying and directory repairing.
