I need a refund on a accidental purchase I made

So I got me this one app called "SUPER PADS" by Opala Studios Solucoes Tecnologicas Ltda.

which offered me a free 1 week trial I could use. I got me the trial and everything went well.

Then I downloaded another one of their apps called "SUPER PADS LIGHTS". It offered me the same thing, but instead of giving me the trial, it instantly made a transaction of $19.20. So now I'm stuck. I am a little low on money now, and I contacted Apple Support in the hopes that I will get my money back for that. The purchase was unintended, and I meant to get a free trial to try it out, not instantly make me buy the whole thing for the whole year. If you guys could give me any tips or useful advice, maybe give me support on this that would be great! Thank you, and appreciated!

Strictly speaking all purchases

are final (after all, you can't very well return them): please see this

page for information on requesting a refund:

https://support.apple.com/HT204084

Apple do say in that page, 'You can't request refunds for recurring charges':

however they have been known to be sympathetic in cases of actual error, so

it's possible that they may allow you a refund as a one-off concession:

but please be aware that they are under no obligation to do so: go to

Alternatively go to the page

suggested in the Help page linked to above:
