I received an e-mail from someone unknown to me and He or she text me they watching ma and have some recordings of me, if it is possible
and they want some money if not they sent some of this recordings to my friends and family.

Sounds like a cheap attempt at extortion. They send out millions of these everyday. I get them telling me that they've been watching me via my MS Surface and I don't even have one. It's just a scam.

Yes, this is a very common scam. The criminal no emailing you has your password site that was previously hacked (possibly LinedIn, Yahoo). Ignore the email.
