Apple Music subscription
Hello when I got my contract out via virgin media I was supposed to have 6 months free Apple Music . I have only had a month can you please look into this

If you were offered the six month trial period through a mobile phone service provider, then that is their offer. There is nothing to look into, except at your mobile phone service provider.
About bundling Apple Music through mobile phone service providers - Apple Support
When you accept that offer, it is administrated through that provider: you have an extra subscription with them, not with Apple. If you keep the subscription after the trial period, then you pay the subscription fees to your mobile provider.
To activate that subscription, do not sign up the regular way through Apple directly. Instead link your mobile number to your Apple ID at https://applemusic.com/carrier .
