Apple Watch Weather apps stopped working

None of the weather apps (Weather, AccuWeather & DarkSky) will work on my AppleWatch Series 3. All had been working before. Any ideas how to fix?

Did you restart/force restart the device? (How to restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support)
