US app availability for UK

I live in the UK but I have a Bank If America account when I go to the States. The BOA app is not available on the UK store but is on the US store. It is a free app and I have a valid reason for wanting it. How can I go about requesting Apple to make this app available on the UK store (other BOA apps are available, but not the one I need for my type of account)
