Recovery of Apple Music library

got a new phone, logged into my Apple ID for Apple Music, i successfully logged in but none of my library or playlists from my old phone have appeared. Still logged into Apple Music on my old phone, not sure if that’s a factor just scared to log out of there and loose all my saved Music.
