Apple TV is not recognising the 2 factor authentication code

You put the 6 digits right after the password.

Example:

password: admin

6 digits verification: 123456

You enter: admin123456

Note: You only have a same time window so you need to be quick.

Doesn't work for me. "Password is wrong". It's a loophole.

Possibly it is taking to long, and the verification code expires. According to other users, there is a mere 30 second time limit for the code. To work with that, first enter the password (do not submit yet), then request a code, append that to the password, then submit. You should be able to enter 6 digits within the time limit.

When using 2 factor authentication on an older device you need to enter the password and code together, and there is a time limit. To make the best use of that time enter the password, then request the code, and then add it to the end of the password

I have the same problem but adding the 6 digits code at the end of the password doesn't work for me. The next screen shows that "password is wrong". It's a loophole..
