I am attempting to log on to TV+ on my Apple TV. I complete the sign in process through entering the password but then it asks for the two-factor authentication code no window show up to enter the code. If I attempt to proceed, it reverts back to the beginning of the sign in process. No amount of attempts reveals the enter window for the code. Any help is appreciated.

You should be able to append the code to your password and enter that (i.e. if your password is ABC and your code is 123, enter ABC123).
