I heard buzzing noise from my MacBook Pro

Every time I plug the power into my MacBook Pro (13",2016) that is turned off, there will be a very short buzzing noise from inside(not loud, it sounds not from speaker). This only happens when the computer is turned off. It will be quiet when it is working or sleeping. Do you have the same problem? Should I take my computer to the genius bar?
