Do you have the phone in your possession, or is it still lost? If it's lost and you erased it you can no longer track it.

If you have found it and you want to restore it to operation, open a web browser and log in to https://iCloud.com/find. click on the erased phone and remove it from your account. Then set up the phone as new and restore your backup.
