Hi,
I downloaded the application called The 8fit Team and tried the 2 weeks trial period. They automatically charged me after two weeks. But I don´t not want to use this app and I would like to get a refund.
On the app website they suggest to contact apple support to get a refund.
Can you help me to know what to do? Indeed I really don´t need this app I never used it and it costs a lot...

Apple do say in that page, 'You can't request refunds for recurring charges':
however they have been known to be sympathetic in cases of actual error, so
it's possible that they may allow you a refund as a one-off concession:
