I purchase Bridge Baron and cannot get it function properly. I have used their support but it is not working properly. I have spent too much time on it and want a refund

refund Hi, I downloaded the application called The 8fit Team and tried the 2 weeks trial period. They automatically charged me after two weeks. But I don´t not want to use this app and I would like to get a refund. On the app website they suggest to contact apple support to get a refund. Can you help me to know what to do?
