Could you please perform refund of my payment for Kahoot! App because I did it wrongly? Support team from Kahoot asked me to contact with you because they cannot do it by themselves.

Refund request Can I ask for refund from game developer (Era Of Celestials)? The game developer not providing a proper gaming experience. A lot of bugs exploited in game, game crashes time to time and a lot of complaints made but no action taken, App Store icon and wrong info and misleading the players. Gameplay are lag everywhere even we already complaint thousand time and still the same. Unprofessional, irresponsible, inappropriate, misleading, unsatisfying gameplay not a month but year not fixing the issues. Very very disappointed that developer did not respect the game and players opinions even we complained on their social media Discord. Please advise how can I make my refund for this kind of matter?

Refund hello, I am i-phone user, i was purchased 10,500 (in korean won) this app Jan.5th.2020 . But as i did attached screen shot. This app was not able to recognize any of the picture and keep getting a error , i been try to retry more then 100times. I did subscription this app already. but i want full refund because this app is not even able to use at all. please proceed refund . best regards kim

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund, or if you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it.
