Refund request

Can I ask for refund from game developer (Era Of Celestials)? The game developer not providing a proper gaming experience. A lot of bugs exploited in game, game crashes time to time and a lot of complaints made but no action taken, App Store icon and wrong info and misleading the players. Gameplay are lag everywhere even we already complaint thousand time and still the same. Unprofessional, irresponsible, inappropriate, misleading, unsatisfying gameplay not a month but year not fixing the issues. Very very disappointed that developer did not respect the game and players opinions even we complained on their social media Discord. Please advise how can I make my refund for this kind of matter?

If you have received an invoice from Apple, on every invoice from the Apple Store and/or iTunes Store always states what you have purchased (and/or concerns a subscription) and the amount.

Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.


Or try to ->  Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

Request a refund for apps or content you've bought from Apple – Apple Support (UK)

 

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.
