How do I get a refund from the game dice dreams It keeps freezing overcharging me. I’ll click something saying 399 and it’ll be 1799. I’m done with the game. I just want all my money back from that game. Talk to somebody from there and I have a screenshot of what they said to do.

2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.
