Fix:
For me. It worked changing tablet mode to : recognition data.
This settings is completelly hidden ( double click the tablet icon and a menu pop up)

The problem becomes more visible with high resolution. So on a smaller screen I thought it was just my hand shaking imperceptibly and nothing could be done, except drinking less coffee.
Then I connected to a large screen (a 40 inch at 4k screen) and it became clear that it wasn't a vibration but it was actually making some small weird rounding circles.
The option (recognition data mode) totally fixed it for me! Thanks!
