Wacom Intuos not active until logged on to Mac

My new Wacom Intuos tablet (small version) is not active until I log on to my Mac.

The mouse works, but it is awkward since I use a tablet as a mouse.

Wacom Cintiq Pro pen tablet "Touch" and pen functions do not work properly' Hi, I'm trying to use a new Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 with my 2017 MacBook Pro running Catalina 10.15.3. After several trys to install and un-installing and re-installing driver 6.3.38-3 for the Mac OS, I can only do a little highlighting with Touch and the pen only draws a fixed width line. The Wacom apps do not show up in Input Monitoring under Privacy in System Preferences and can not be added manually even within the 30 minute window after installing the driver. And the computer only recognizes the tablet after I've restarted while the tablet is connected and turned on. Any suggestions? TIA

keyboard modifier keys stopped working/Wacom tablet conflict? Suddenly my modifier keys (shift-select, control-click, etc) keys on my wireless apple keyboard stopped working. I noticed that my Wacom Intuos "express buttons" on my tablet took over these modifier keys. But I prefer to use the modifier keys on my keyboard. I turned off these express buttons function on my tablet, but it hasn't restored my keyboard keys function. Anyone else have this issue? Tablet driver is up to date and I've tried restarting.

Not much that can be done about that since its driver won't be loaded until you log in.
