Thunderbolt 3 (40 Gbps) extension cable

This thread has been addressed but I haven't found an answer.

Looking for an extension cable, 2 meters, of TRUE Thunderbolt 3 (40 Gbps) female to male. Not a USB 3 extension cable (which i can find easily at 10 Gbps).

Not sure if this is even exists.

You asked for an EXTENSION Cable. To the best of my knowledge, NONE are available. What device is it that requires something other than male-to-male?

OWC has the first 3 items on this page in black. The first is a 40GB/sec cable, but only 1 meter:
