iPod Touch locked

iPod Touch will not accept my Apple ID and password. I purchased this new years ago and it's possible it was set up under another email address but I'm pretty sure I've logged into it before since purchase.

Anyway it's plugged into iTunes and I've restored it twice without any luck.

Found the email address, an account that was closed. I will need to set it up to a different address.
