CONNECTING IPHONE TO ITUNES TO ACTIVATE IT

You will need you Lightning-USB cable to connect the device to your computer. Open iTunes and look for the device icon in the upper left corner just to the right of the dropdown menu. Click on it to display the page with the Upgrade and Restore buttons on the upper right.

Activating a new phone, however, requires having a cellular provider who has provided you with a SIM that needs to be installed in your phone. Then contact your provider to assist you in completing the activation.
