Pages 8.0 can no longer open documents

I updated to Pages 8.0 on my macbook pro and can no longer open documents by double clicking on them.

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.13

Since 9/25 update, Pages won't work. Since the Mac OS update of 9/25/2020 (maybe late in the night 9/24), Pages won't work. It says files don't exist. AND THEY DO! Help would be appreciated very much. This is on my 21.5" iMac.

Pages - Files not opening Hello, I really hope someone can help me with this issue. I recently upgraded to OS 10.14.1. It seems every time I upgrade my operating system, older pages files won't open. (Everything is updated.) When trying to open a file that I created last week, I get the message "The document ______ couldn't be opened". This is extremely frustrating. As a teacher, I need to be open files on my computer from the last few years...Thanks in advance!

Pages on Mac Mini won't open iMac file: "File Format Invalid" I created a Pages v13.1 doc on my iMac 2017 and saved it to my public folder. My Mac Mini 2023 sees the file but Pages v13.1 won't open it saying "ZZ" Can't be opened right now. The file format is invalid. The file can be opened on my iMac 2013 and Pages v11.1 I experience the same issue with Numbers and Key Note documents. The Mac Mini will open jpg and pdf files.

Reboot your Mac, and try again. I have no such issues with my Pages 8.0 on either High Sierra 10.13.6 or Mojave 10.14.4.
