One AirPod not connecting problem

Everytime I try to reconnect my airpods only one connects and this is the left one. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone and my airpods but anything wont work to fix this problem. And everytime I try to charge because I thought this was the problem but it wasn’t. When I put my left airpod in the case it turns a solid green but when I put the right one in it’s blinks green. I don’t know what this means . Please help me fix this problem !
