Bootcamp saying i dont have 40g of space. When running fsck_apfs, i get a lot of "warning: directory valence check: directory (oid HEX): orphan directory record". Unable to repair disk

I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) running Mojave 10.14.4

So, i am trying to boot kali on my mac. When opening BootCamp , i get the message "You must have at least 40 GB of free space available." I have more then 50go free and made sure with diskutil and other bash command. I made sure it's not time machine (i dont have any snapshot and have run some bash command to delete them all). when running sudo fsck_apfs -n -l /dev/rdisk1s1, i get this :

Don't know what to do at this point. I tried to restart my mac in safe mode and repair my disk (didn't do anything) Please help
