I have been working with my friend on her Apple Computer set up a Numbers excel sheet. I have a MacBook Air. On my Air there is a paintbrush to help me make the adjustments and colors that I need. I cannot find it on her Computer. Can anyone help

I can think of too possibilities

--She has a *very* old version of Numbers

OR

-- The paintbrush was somehow removed from the Toolbar. To add it back, in the menu go to View > Customize Toolbar ... and drag the paintbrush back up into the toolbar.

Make sure that the MB Air (both) and Numbers (both computers) are all on the same OS and versions. Let me know what you find. I'm not very good at Numbers, but those will always effect features like that. Hope this helps.
