authorize in account menu but there is no account menu in itunes

I cannot for the life of me figure out where I authorize the mac. I do not have a menu screen in my iTunes...... It doesn't say account ANYWHERE. HALP PLEASE!

iMac 27", macOS 10.14

If you don't have the menu bar at the top of the screen (where the red arrow is pointing), one possibility is that it is in full screen mode. If so, press the esc key to display the menu.
