Apple Music

Actually i was tryna start my student membership for apple music but it says that it’s already in use. I don’t know who is using it on my behalf, could you please solve this problem so that i can start my membership.

Apple Music - Student Membership Access Issue I’m a college student and I’ve completed filling out my account with Unidays to get the $4.99 student plan, yet when it says I’ve successfully completed my account and gives me the option to “Open in Music”, I press it and all it does is open the app, load a blank pink, blue, and purple gradient page and nothing else happens. I still have no access to Apple Music and I want to either make sure I’m not getting charged for it when I can’t even use it, or find a way to access it.
