I'm trying to change the default mail account and do not seem to see the menu for it under Mail. Anyone else having trouble defining a default account. My outgoing emails are being sent from the wrong account.

try force restarting the device. You may need to delete the account and add it again.
On your phone, it is possible to create mail then tap the cc;bcc;from box and then tap the from box and change the email you want to use.
when you go to settings>Apple ID (your name at the top)>Name, Phone numbers, email>is your email listed there under reachable at?
Thanks! Tried both and still cant see the default menu.
Just my personal Email is listed, not my work email.
And you want the work email to be the default? is it running on its own server or is it through gmail or outlook?
