I have a billing problem but it was charged

On April 3rd I payed my Apple Music subscription and it was charged.

But on April 4th I get an email telling me about a billing problem.

What do I do? Because I already payed for it but I can’t use Apple Music or download anything or upload my apps

First check the payment information for your Apple ID. It may give additional messages on what to do.

Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support
