Refund of an app that doesn't work with Apple update I downloaded an app ("Blotter") for my macbook on the 4th of May this year. However, with the new "macOS Big Sur" upgrade, this app no longer works. I just paid $29.99 for an app and it downloaded as not compatible with the new mac os. I need a refund How do I get a refund on a app I just downloaded. It is not compatible with the new OS. So that feels like a waste of $29.99?
