Apple Music

I am trying to purchase the student plan for Apple Music and it refuses to verify my Apple ID. I was able to do the 3 months for free and afterwards it charged my mom’s account twice then kicked me out of the Apple Music plan and deleted all of my music I had downloaded. Now it won’t let me get it again even after verifying my student account, changing my password, using my moms Apple ID, and waiting weeks between tries.
