You can call Epson.com and ask for technical service and asked that person your question for help in solving your problem. I have the Epson 2200 printer which I purchased in 2002 and had it register with Epson and many times I have called Epson for technical help to solve my problem(s) which I'm having and technical service solved it for me. This site is for Apple products and not a Epson site.
