Cancelling a subscription

Hello.

I had a subscription to an app some time ago. I deleted the app and my account and continue to be billed for it. I no longer have an iPhone and get monthly dings on my credit card for the app. I've tried to cancel subscription but I can't do that from an Android device. Please help. This is incredibly frustrating and more than a little ridiculous.

and scroll down to 'On your Mac or PC'.
