Problem turning off two factor authentication

I want to turn off two factor authentication. When I go to the location It shows it is turned on but it will not allow any changes. Thank you for any help.

If you have had 2FA enabled for more than 14 days, you cannot disable it.

If it has been enabled for less than 14 days, you can disable it through the link in the enrollment confirmation email.

If you enabled it more than two weeks ago, or if it was enabled from the start on a new device, it can't be turned off.
