Printer Authorization code

I just bought a new MacBook Air that is running the MacOS Mojave version 10.14.3.

I have a printer at my office that requires me to have a print code. I know normally, I would try to print a document and go to print settings to find the "job log" but it's not there.

I actually can't find it anywhere. Is it called something else or is there another way I can do this?

The printer vendor should provide printer drivers that expose a print code field that you enter. Visit that vendor's website, and determine if current drivers are available for macOS Mojave (e.g. drivers released since Sept 2018). Not having compatible printer drivers may drop certain information that you need in the print panel interface.

You can also follow the instructions in Reset the Print System.
