"iTunes app" startup on Windows 10

Hi; I switched not too long ago to using the Windows 10 "app" version of iTunes, insead of the usual Apple-supplied installer method. I've always had iTunes in my startup folder so that my library is always available on the network at all times. I've discovered the auto-startup is no longer working now that I've switched to this "app" version of iTunes. Has anyone else noticed this? I tried the standard Windows 10 methods via the startup options and also Task Manager to see if I can find a way to enable it but this app version does not show itself in these lists. Oddly enough, there are four or more other Apple-related things there including iTunes Helper, iTunes mobile Device Helper, Bonjour, etc... but no 'iTunes' itself.

Is this a known problem and does a solution exist? Can I somehow force-create a shortcut to this app and get it into the Startup folder or can these apps be run as services maybe? Otherwise I will have to switch back.

Thanks!
