Fall detection in a foreign country
I’m assuming Apple Watch calls 911 if I fall in the US and don’t respond. But what if I travel to another country? Does it know what number to call, or is there some way to set that number beforehand?

Apple Watch
According to that statement it will call the number based on your location. I have not travelled since getting my Series 4, so I can't confirm that statement, but it makes sense.
Thanks Julieda, I did read that. But I was unsure if watch automatically knows the correct number based on location, or whether it needed to be set beforehand when traveling. I assume the former because Apple products are awesome, but was asking for confirmation.
Yes, your watch will know the correct emergency number in most cases. However a few countries have different numbers for the different services, and it is possible you would need to pre-set the correct number in this case.
