Title pretty much says it all. I have a Razer DeathAdder Elite, and the first couple weeks with it were fantastic. Something changed though and now even with "Tracking speed" on the lowest possible setting in System Preferences, the mouse is too fast.
Is there a way to lower it even further via the command line, perhaps? I wish I knew what had tweaked this mouse to suddenly have insane tracking speed.

I have figured out what the issue was. @BDAqua you were right, in the sense that the issue was with the mouse itself. I tried using the mouse with another computer, and it was the same situation w/ insanely fast tracking. After looking at the manual for the mouse I learned that there are two buttons on the mouse itself that adjust the onboard sensitivity, and I must have accidentally pushed the "Increase" button a few times. After turning the mouse's onboard sensitivity settings down, I'm back to normal. Thanks everyone for the helpful advice!

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?
To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...
Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.
Does it work in the new account?
I don’t know for sure, but doesn’t that mouse come with it’s own software for controlling it? Perhaps there is some interaction between the built in Mouse System Preference and the Razer software
My guess is the Mouse is shot, especially if you can plug any other USB Mouse into that port & it works fine.
@BDAqua good idea, unfortunately after logging in as another user on the Mac, I've discovered it's system-wide. The exact same issue is present for the other user.
I did try Safe Boot, and the issue persists there.
It does come with Razer Synapse, but I found that the software wouldn't run and I ended up uninstalling it.
