My iMac is running macOS Mojave. I recently downloaded DetectX Swift screening app. It detected the 2 files shown below. I've search Finder and can't find these files. I don't want to delete these files without verifying their purpose. I would appreciate some direction.

If you you use spotlight search and it turns up nothing then apparent ly you no longer have TechBoardSearch.
You can safely delete these straggling left overs.
