Can I charge my phone overnight?

I do it nearly every night since 2009.

FYI:

You can charge anytime you want
You can charge as long as you want
You can use the device while charging
You cannot overcharge device since it will auto switch OFF when is full.

Assuming you are using Apple cable and charger.
