I have set my photos app on my apple watch S4 to sync 100 photos and it has synced every single picture but there is a spinning wheel that persists. What is wrong with apple devices and how does such a premium device justify this trivial problem? Seems like many others are facing similar issues and no solve has been made. please help.

Rest your watch. Press the crown and side button in until the Apple logo appears. Then try it. If still having issues unpair your Watch and repair it. I would suggest you update your Watch to 5.2. And then your phone is running iOS 12.2

Be patient. There is probably nothing wrong with your Apple Watch, but depending on your photos it might still be completing the storage. If they came from something like a recent iPhone you’re talking about a lot of data (around 200MBytes) to be shuffled over a Bluetooth link.
