Again do you have any Bluetooth devices, e.g. a Bluetooth keyboard or mouse. If not then perhaps you can uninstall the Bluetooth drivers that are currently install. Alternatively you can check with Windows Update or the hardware manufacturer's website for updated drivers.

What is the issue that you're trying to resolve? If you don't actively use any Bluetooth devices then exit the BTTray utility if it is interfering with iTunes.
