O,L,9,., up down arrow keys not working

My O,L,9,., up down arrow keys not working

has anyone had similar problems with keys before?

its not the simple fix of sticky keys being turned on.

if I press the non working keys hard enough i will get strange results for example

L key pressed hard or held = adfgs˚π

O key = IOTUY

9 = 1234

Up arrow = ]`§ and Volume changed

any fix would be greatly appreciated

model : Mac Pro Retina Mid 2014 15"

You have a defective keyboard. You will need to get the laptop serviced to have the Top Case/Keyboard Assembly replaced.
