Certain keys on M2 Mac Air not responding

I recently brought a refurbished M2 13' Mac Air which was working completely fine until around a week after I got it. Certain keys on the left side of the keyboard: the return, forward slash, square brackets and f11 and f12 keys would stop working for a little bit and then come back. But now, for around 30 hours, they've been completely unresponsive. I tried all the tips on youtube, made the key repeat rate fastest, etc. and nothing has worked.
